When you have just connected new camera to your router, you need to activate it first by setting up a password:
Then login to the camera's web interface using the password and navigate to Configuration > Network > General settings. On this page you need to enable UPnP port forwarding:
Then go to your account on VXG Dashboard and add a new camera: Video management > Add new camera > IP camera. Set the stream parameters - you should only enter your camera name, external IP address and password, all other parameters should be entered as you see them on the screenshot:
