The Recording and AI settings can be configured per each camera. It can be done in 2 ways:

Available Subscriptions

There are 5 built-in Plans that an Admin can grant to a User:

  • 30-day continuous recording - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention.

  • 30-day event recording - motion-based recording with 30 days of retention.

  • 30-day continuous recording with AI by timer - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention and object recognition every 3 minutes.

  • 30-day continuous recording with AI by event - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention and motion-based object recognition.

  • Custom plan - when a user can define recording and AI parameters.

If a “Custom plan” has been assigned to a camera then recording and AI settings UI becomes visible and the parameters can be configured manually:

There are 3 modes of recording:

  • Off

  • Continuous

  • By-event

The retention time is in hours and it can be set per camera individually.

There 3 modes of AI:

  • Off

  • Continuous

  • By-event

In the case of continuous AI, image recognition will be done periodically by a timer. In case of by-event AI, image recognition will be done based on motion events received from a camera.
