Connecting IP cameras via Uplink

Adding Uplink Cameras to Cloud One

  1. Navigate to the cameras page in Cloud One.

  2. Click Add camera in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select the Uplink tab at the top of the camera form.

  4. Fill out the Uplink Camera form. Ensure that the username, password, serial number, and MAC Address fields of the camera are all correct. Then click apply.

     

  5. Camera should come online if information is filled out correctly and an Uplink Application is successfully installed on the camera.

Ensure the camera’s ports are set correctly. In general the port configuration should be:

HTTP: 80

RTSP: 554
