First of all, please make sure that your IP cameras are compatible with VXG Cloud.

Supported protocols

ONVIF

There are several different ways how the IP camera can be connected to VXG Cloud:

  1. Camera Finder Windows application - the desktop app that finds and configures IP cameras in your local network. Learn more in this article.

  2. ONVIF protocol - cameras can be connected directly using the ONVIF protocol, but this requires port forwarding on your router. Find guidelines in this article.

  3. VXG Cloud Streamer app - only if you have received the app from the VXG team. The guide can be found in this article.
