Does VXG support HEVC/H.265?

VXG Cloud doesn't support H.265 video format - the main reason is that this codec is not supported by the majority of browsers - https://caniuse.com/#feat=hevc. Also, it doesn't look like anyone is going to support it in the nearest future, so we don't think it's reasonable to have it in our solutions.

But you can just switch from H.265 to H.264 in your IP camera video settings (all H.265 cameras also support H.264) and then connect it to VXG Cloud One. For example, on Hikvision camera go to Configuration > Video/Audio > Video > Video encoding and select H.264:
